- Prices include the chauffeur, petrol, ERP and car park fees, and are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- Minimum hours for hourly disposal are as shown in the rate table for each vehicle.
- Extensions: time beyond 15 minutes past the booked period is billed at the hourly rate.
- Cancellations made within 8 hours of pick-up are charged the minimum booking fee.
- Last-minute bookings: the vehicle usually arrives in about 20 to 30 minutes, subject to availability.
- Breakdowns: a replacement vehicle will be sent as soon as possible, usually within 20 to 30 minutes.
- Transfer waiting time of more than 20 minutes but less than 45 minutes is charged as a two-way trip.
- Transfer waiting time of more than 45 minutes is charged as hourly disposal (minimum 3 hours).
- Airport arrivals: if waiting after the flight lands is more than 60 minutes but less than 90 minutes, it is charged as a two-way trip.
- Airport arrivals: if waiting after the flight lands is more than 90 minutes, it is charged as hourly disposal (minimum 3 hours).
- Peak periods: listed prices do not apply during the F1 Singapore Grand Prix, SEA Games, Singapore Airshow and Chinese New Year. Please contact us for peak rates.
- Midnight surcharge of S$15 per transfer or S$15 per hour applies from 11:00pm to 6:59am.
- Vehicle changes: we may upgrade or change your vehicle at no extra charge.
